Due to the personal nature of body jewelry and piercings, and the potential
for cross contamination, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on
any jewelry. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to
reach out before placing your order.

Warranty
All manufacturers carry a warranty for defects on their products. These
warranties do not cover damage done to the jewelry due to improper use;
insertion by a professional piercer is always advised. Warranty issues can
be handled through Facet, or I can advise a reputable studio near you that
can help.
