Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $500 within Canada and the US.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our studio in Sherwood Park, Alberta. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions to schedule a pickup time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please email piercersarai@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
